Good thing we have people telling us what is good and bad fo us.

It is probably not the same thing as the Red Bull you can buy in other countries. The majority of the soft drinks, etc. by the major corporations are brewed and bottled in Norway and they have different regulations than in say, the US. Coca-Cola, Sprite, etc. in Norway does not have the exact same formula as the one in the US, and it is probably the case with Red Bull as well. It is also worth to mention that in my experience bars that serve mixed drinks do not offer energy drinks as an ingredient in any of their cocktails.

The state has monopoly on selling any beverage stronger than 4,75% alcohol besides restaurants and bars with liquor licenses. You can only buy alcohol from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Mon-Fri and 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday. No sale on Sundays. Vinmonopolet (trans: The Wine Monopoly, usually referred to as Polet [The 'Poly]) is open 10:00 AM -6:00 M-F, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday, closed Sunday. Everything is expensive is hell.
