Re: bike thread
You gotta love how there's a shot where you can actually see the chain going into the "container" from the bottom. That's some next-level special effects right there.

Re: bike thread
When Pee Wee removes his bike chain from its container, the chain is clearly seen begin fed through a hole in the bottom. This is only visible in unmatted fullscreen home video seen here. The error was later corrected when it was re-released on dvd.

Re: bike thread
I was actually confused as to what's supposed to be going on. "Why is he pulling a chain through that... oh, wait."

Just ordered this:
50/34 crank and 10 speed 12-27 in the back; should give me a good range.

Re: bike thread
that is a sick whip!
I do not like the bars that are on the bike I ride to campus (which I crashed and broke my collar bone). When I get back to riding I have ordered the Midge bars from On One, hopefully more stability and hand positions because I spend most of the time in the drops. Can't wait to try, but it will be at least January before I can ride again.

Crashing your bike once apparently means you have to quit riding bikes forever. Kinda the same way people never drive a car again if they crash once, you know. Makes perfect sense, right?Geeheeb wrote:I don't suddenly quit drinking if I get a hangover. Have some fucken persistence man.

I think the first analogy was pretty clear without having to add another 4 weaker versions of the same thing...
