going tubing for the first time this year on Sunday. tubing down the nisqually river, it's a 5 hour float and the same float I did with my fallen bro before he passed. That means I will have to get unnaturally drunk on this float. should be a doozy.

Did the Nisqually once when I was a kid. Since I had no alcohol in me I can't officially advise but I think you would be best to stay sober before getting on the water.

I've done more stupid shit in my life than most people but for some reason I've always had a thing against mixing alcohol with pills or being on water that is unpredictable.

oh yeah we don't start drinking until on the water, we're hitting it at 11 am because it's a fairly long float. it's actually not too bad the last time I was on it, pretty mellow with a handful of little rapids. definitely not advisable in June but around now until September is usually good floating.
